At M2H – Mindset Healing Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching programs, courses, and resources designed to support your growth and transformation. Because each program requires preparation, planning, and resource allocation, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
- Course Enrolments & Programs
- Once enrolled in a course, program, or workshop, fees are non-refundable.
- In exceptional circumstances (medical reasons, emergencies), refunds may be considered at the discretion of M2H.
- 1:1 Coaching Sessions
- For personal coaching sessions, rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be considered as delivered and are non-refundable.
- Event Registrations (Summits, Masterclasses, Workshops)
- Event registrations are generally non-refundable.
- If M2H cancels or reschedules an event, participants will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future program.
- Digital Products (Workbooks, Journals, Meditations, eBooks)
- All digital products are non-refundable once purchased, as they are instantly accessible.
- Transfer of Enrolment
- Enrolments cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from M2H.

- Please include your name, program name, payment details, and reason for the request.
